Love to the power of four

Dodano: 28.10.2016

Dorota and Bartek had no doubt whether to invite children to the wedding. They’re parents of 4, so we knew that the younger guests would be just as important as the adults.

From choosing the venue, over menu selection, attractions, even safe decorations, providing comfort and fun to both older and younger generations were in the centre of our attention. Not often do we have almost 20 kids at the wedding and barely twice as many grown-ups. Contrary to popular belief, children at a wedding aren’t necessarily bad, as long as we cater to their needs.

There is a Polish saying about how love gets multiplied by dividing (sharing). Not many Couples get to live through such precious moments as a walk down the aisle surrounded by children (and all being their children) or two readings read during the wedding mass by their own sons. Dorota and Bartek, using our help, managed to plan and organise the day so that parents and kids didn’t collide, sometimes they had fun together, at times apart, but the reception was one coherent entity and everyone felt welcome.

The beautiful Bride found time to prepare a truly stunning look. The Newlyweds chose their favourite rock music for the dancefloor, a first dance by the Arctic Monkeys surely doesn’t make you think of playground or kindergarden. Even though the youngest Guest, less than a year old, only went to sleep past midnight, the fairytale celebration allowed Dorota and Bartek to experience this night not just as parents, but also as the Couple in love which they are and who still has so  many beautiful moments ahead of them.

We wish the whole family love and happiness for each day. To other Couples we wish, that following the example of Dorota and Bartek, they find the courage to design their weddings according to their own personal preferences and requirements.
