Edwina and Colm met in one of Krakow’s pubs.
And it was Krakow that they chose for the place of their wedding.

All guests arrived from Ireland and, like the Young Couple, were delighted with the former capital of Poland.

It was a beautiful, hot August day. From the morning preparations were underway in a stylish apartment.

Bridesmaids had long, navy blue dresses, and Edwina looked stunning in a muslin-lace dress. Bouquets and flowers in the hair were perfectly matched to this look.

The celebration started of course in the pub, where the young couple met for the first time. All guests loved the Polish beer. The ceremony took place in a historic courtyard, with the sound of the fountain in the background. Guests were offered some beverages and our umbrellas this time offered protection from the sun.

To the sound of her favourite song “Dreams”, by the unique Irish band The Cranberries, Edwina, accompanied by Dad, joined Colm waiting for her. It was a very touching Celtic ceremony with poems, lighting a candle of unity and tying hands.

After the wedding there was time for photos and wishes and listening to great music. At the end everyone had a sweet surprise – artisanal ice cream!

The music accompanied Edwina and Colm throughout the day. During the wedding it was a trio with the singer, during the cocktail it was a duo (pianist and saxophonist), during the dinner we had the pianist, and during the wedding a sensational band that wouldn’t allow guests to leave the dance floor.

Despite the fact that there was no one from Poland at the wedding, the parents welcomed the young couple with bread and salt, glasses were also smashed for good luck. And while the guests enjoyed champagne, cider and snacks, the Young Couple left for a romantic photo session.

On the tables we placed beautiful flowers with the addition of greenery in golden vases, the wedding agenda was displayed on a mirror in a golden frame. Candles were placed on the stairs. Guests were invited to use a self-service photobooth, and a basket full of flip-flops was waiting for those tired of dancing.

The next day, guests relaxed with beer and pizza in an Irish pub, played the guitar and sang. It was a unique Irish wedding in Krakow.

Edwina and Colm, thank you for entrusting us with organizing your wedding. It was a great joy for us to witness your happiness, smile and love.

We wish you all the best and remember that Krakow is always waiting for you 🙂
